$UPONLY is designed to go up only. It is a flap.sh tax token quoted in BNC4, the tokenized stock of Cea Industries, with a 1% tax on every trade. That tax does not go to a wallet; it flows into an autonomous vault that can only ever do one thing: buy $UPONLY on a dip and burn it. Every dip is bought, every buy is destroyed, and the supply only ever shrinks.

  1. Trade1% of every buy and sell is collected in BNC4.
  2. FundRevenue is synced into the vault reserve; 6% goes to the creator.
  3. WatchEvery 60 s the keeper checks price against the last reference.
  4. Buy & burnA 10% cumulative drop triggers a market buy of 1 BNB worth of BNC4 (about 137 BNC4 today), sent to the burn address.
The rules are immutable and the vault is permissionless. This is design intent, not a guarantee: the pool price still moves between buybacks. The feed below shows every one of them as it happens.
